What we process

Rowforge's Google Sheets add-on ("the add-on") lets you select a PDF file from your computer and extracts structured data from it into your spreadsheet. The PDF you select is sent to our extraction service (hosted on Google Cloud) solely to perform this extraction.

What we don't do

We do not store the PDF files or the extracted data on our servers beyond the time needed to process the request. We do not sell, share, or use your documents for any purpose other than fulfilling your extraction request. We do not access any other file in your Google Drive or any other spreadsheet.

Third parties

The extraction is performed using a large language model provider (Google Cloud Vertex AI) under standard API terms. No data is used to train third-party models.

Scopes used

The add-on requests only the minimum scopes required to function: access to the current spreadsheet, the ability to display a sidebar, and the ability to make an external request to our extraction service.
